MIRIAM SCHLOSSARCZYK

Miriam Schlossarczykstudied law at the University of Hamburg, specializing in media law, and at Lund University in Sweden. She earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in entertainment law from the University of Westminster in London.

After passing her first state examination, Miriam Schlossarczyk worked as a research associate at White & Case in Hamburg on the IP/IT team. As part of her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, she completed rotations at, among others, CMS Hasche Sigle in Hamburg in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice group and at the State Media Authority of Hamburg/Schleswig-Holstein. She completed her elective rotation at the media law firm IRLE MOSER Rechtsanwälte in Berlin, where she began working as an attorney in the field of press and freedom of expression law in 2024.

Miriam Schlossarczyk has been working as an attorney at Schertz Bergmann since 2026. She primarily advises and represents public figures, national and international companies, and institutions in the areas of press law, freedom of expression, personality rights, and reputation protection. She also advises clients on social media law.

In addition to her work as an attorney, Miriam Schlossarczyk is a speaker and gives lectures on topics related to media law. She also regularly publishes scholarly articles in various legal journals.

Since 2025, she has also served as head of the lawyers’ working group at the Higher Regional Court of Celle and teaches law clerks about the professional ethics of the legal profession.
