Katharina Koller studied law at the University of Münster and La Trobe University in Melbourne. From 2018 to 2020, she worked as a student assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Thomas Hoeren at the Institute for Information, Telecommunications, and Media Law.

After passing her first state examination, Katharina Koller worked as a research assistant in the IP/IT department of a large international law firm in Berlin.

During her legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, she completed placements at a public broadcaster and a law firm specializing in press law, among others.

Katharina Koller has been working as a lawyer at Schertz Bergmann Rechtsanwälte since the end of 2024, specializing in press and personal rights law.
